Javelin thrower Antti Ruuskanen, Pielavesi, Finland.

Personal best 87.33 metres, sixth in the World Championships Berlin 2009, two medals from youth European Championships.

Antti has done the thing every javelin thrower always wanted, has thrown too long, over a javeling throwing field. It happened 16th September 2007 in Savonlinna, Finland. The field of Tanhuvaara was too short for a throw of 87.66 metres.

The result was unofficial, the landing point was in a ditch. Now the challenge is growing, the chase for 90 metres has begun. And it is possible. At this site you are in the inner circle of that chase. You hear the latest news first and you are able to be in the first row seeing how the training is going.
